Refund and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your purchase at Abhinow VFX. Since we only provide digital products and services, our refund policy is tailored to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

Refund Eligibility for Digital Products and Services

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Digital Products (Online Courses and Digital Assets):

    • Refunds can be requested within 3 days of purchase, provided that:
      • You have not accessed more than 20% of the Course content.
      • No certificates or downloadable resources have been issued.
    • Once any portion of the product has been accessed, no refunds will be granted.
    • All pricing is displayed in INR (Indian rupee)
  2. Service-Related Issues:

    • For any service-related issues (e.g., VFX services or consultations), refunds can be requested within 3 days of service completion if the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the level of completion.
    • All services are priced in INR (Indian rupee)
  3. Technical Problems:

    • If you encounter technical issues that prevent access to your purchased digital products and our support team cannot resolve them, a refund will be issued upon request.
  4. Misrepresentation of Products/Services:

    • If the product or service differs significantly from the description provided on our website, you are eligible for a refund. We will evaluate your claim, and if found valid, the refund will be processed.
  5. Double Payment:

    • If a duplicate payment is made for the same product or service, we will promptly refund the extra charge.

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after approval.
  • Refund Method: The amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method or bank account.
  • Notification: A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products: Orders can be canceled before the product (e.g., online courses) is accessed or downloaded. Once any part of the product is accessed or consumed, cancellations will not be permitted.
  • Services: Service orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service begins. After this point, cancellations will not be accepted unless the service is not provided as agreed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and meet the agreed standards.
  • Digital Product Consumption: If more than 20% of the course content has been consumed or certificates have been issued, refunds will not be provided.

Important Note on Deductions

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our refund policy, please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for taxes and processing fees. Specifically:

  • Commission Fees: Any commissions charged by the payment gateway or integration partner at the time of the transaction may be deducted from the total refund amount.
